Start recruiting/Pre-screening
As we have a pool of qualified candidates that have been screened, interviewed and evaluated, we will first search our database of overseas personnel with credentials and experience that the client has required. Next, we will do the notified and advertising for the position.
Personal Interviews
After overseas advertising, interested candidates will be contact, evaluate and asses their skills and personality to determine if they should be considered for the position. Once the applicants have been chosen as possible candidates, we will conduct face to face interview or video-interviewing and they are undergo an in depth interview with one of our senior recruitment consultants. We will assess their strength, weakness, work ethics and career goals to ensure they will be an overall match for your organisation.
Employment Verifications
All possible candidates who are considered qualified will have their employment and references verified and checked.
Submit Resumes to clients
We will submit and provide the resumes of candidates that have been chosen for an interview and co-ordinate interview between them and our clients. Our clients will have an overview of their previous experience and transferable skills, as well as feedback from their initial interview with us here at HE Consultant
Interview with clients
We will contact all candidates that have been chosen for a face to face interview or live video-interview and co-ordinate interview times between them and our clients. HE Consultant will follow up after all the interviews and to address any questions from candidates and our clients.
Extend an offer
Once the client has chosen the candidate that would be ideal for their team, HE Consultant will contact the employee to make the offer and prepare all documentations process and co-ordinate the start date for the client. At the same time, candidates are being explained thoroughly the contractual terms of employment with successful candidate.
Administration process
We will handle immigration procedures, documentation and co-ordinates candidate to relocate to Singapore. We will handle all the relocation logistics and accommodation arrangement.
Orientation, Training and Testing
We will provide transportation to medical check-up, orientation program and door to door transfer services. Training and testing are conducted to improve employees’ competency level through different training modules in their home countries.
Follow up support
We will continue to provide after sales support services, analyze and identify skills upgrading needs of clients’ existing labour force, we will establish and execute training programmes in accordance with the requirement of relevant authorities. We will providing counselling employees and provide dispute management services. We will also repatriate employees upon termination or completion of employment.
